Business Analyst, Compliance Technology Services
Description
This is a Business Analyst position with the Compliance Technology Services Group which supports the Compliance Architecture group within Global Compliance.
The candidate will be required to interface directly with Global AML and Operations, SMEs from all business lines and systems (data warehouses and/or product processors) globally to execute a program of data acquisition projects.

The candidate will work closely with the project manager to be a key participant in the data acquisition projects and as such, the role includes the following activities and responsibilities:
a Ability to prepare BRDs, FRDs, Test Plans, Audit Reviews, and other artifacts.
a Assist in leading the data acquisition processes
a Participate and lead in the data validation process ensuring adherence to requirements, business rules, and performing timely, diligent follow-ups on data feed remediation.
a Prepare accounting metrics on the data acquisitions
a Provide analytic support and subject matter expertise to key players such as data providers, Quantitative Solutions, Analytics and Assessment groups, etc. .when necessary
a Assist in the Change Management Process
a Assist in light PM tasks such as updating milestones, project plans, etc


Qualifications
Knowledge/Experience:
a 5+ years experience in Business Analysis with proven track record to successfully work through the project lifecycle, from conception to implementation and support.
a CBAP and/or related Business Analysis certifications a plus
a Experience in Compliance AML/Financial Services systems along with a balance of business and technical knowledge in this area
a Knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) a plus
a Very strong analytical and SQL skills
a Organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail
a Relationship management skills: ability to build, manage/partner with senior level client contacts; act as trusted advisor
a Ability to handle conflict and negotiations and escalate when necessary.
a Strong presentation, meeting organization and facilitation skills a must
a Excellent oral and written communications skills a must.
a Ability to multi-task and collaborate with a wide variety of technical and business teams globally.
a Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word,: Excel, PowerPoint, etc), and working experience with Mercury Quality Center, SharePoint, and Visio

Sr. Project/Program Manager:
Need experienced candidate to manage compliance technology projects on a global basis.
This candidate will be responsible in leading Enterprise wide AML-KYC technology projects. Strong written and verbal communications required..

Responsibilities:
a Responsible for program/project Management of global AML KYC initiative.
a Work with business stakeholders to create and manage program requirements.
a Liaise with Sr. Business project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
a Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
a Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
a Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones and track project milestones and deliverables.
a Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
a Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the program.
a Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
a MS project skills and PowerPoint skills are required

a Bachelors degree with prior Project Management experience (PMP CERTIFIED)
