No "urgent care" is NOT the same as "walk-in", it is a lot more expensive. If you are looking for the most economical way, look specifically for "walk-in", not "urgent care".

Another thing to look for is a "community clinic",those work on so-called "sliding scale", or sometimes free, but those are usually in poor area, there might not be one around Miami Beach.
