Background developing/supporting/architecting Technology products (Plant Mgmt & Workflow) in Financial industry. Prior experience integrating/merging/customizing Products/Systems Hands on experience in building / customizing products Experience with SDLC, Agile Development, GAP Analysis, Data Dictionaries, building product run books / manuals / documentation etc.
Product Management Experience Prior experience training clients on Product usage Prior experience providing product support to users from different BU domains, different geographical locations & sensitive to users product experiences Ability to cumulate user feedbacks towards future Product enhancements
Experience popularizing a product across the user community Demos to user groups, comfortable providing training to various user communities Engage / chase users to ensure they initiate / maximize usage of the product Follow up with users to resolve any product usage constraints/challenges
Facilitate in publishing content to the product Ability to quickly review/analyze different data sets – business / infrastructure metrics and publish/mange this content into the Product An eye for reviewing product content and identifying any anomalies such as data quality issues and reaching out to the various points of escalation Ability to explain, engage the user in understanding/contributing to the content published to the Product
