я два раза покупала _нормальные_ :) дома и они шли с планами (survey называются). один раз мы submit a contract on a house that didn't have a survey attached to the seller's disclosure agreement, so and our real estate agent included it in the contract (some checkmark on the standard contract form) that the seller will provide a survey before such and such date and at their expense. we didn't get that house, но сам факт запроса я запомнила.
зависит от дотошности агента, видимо...
