Paul Mazursky is one of America's most
respected and admired filmmakers.
He began his glorious film career in 1953 when
he was cast by
25-year-old Stanley Kubrick in Kubrick's very
first film FEAR AND
DESIRE. Then he was a comedian in New York
clubs, an actor, a
screenwriter, and finally, a filmmaker in his
own right, directing
Natalie Wood and Art Carney, Woody Allen and
Bette Midler, Nick Nolte
and Federico Fellini himself. He made film
